At Turning Tides, we believe that everyone has the strength to navigate life's challenges and find balance. Our goal is to provide compassionate, personalized counseling services that help you move through difficult times and discover a sense of renewal.

Our founder and lead counsellor, Terri, is qualified with a Diploma of Counselling and is a proud member of Certified Practising Counsellors Australia (CPCA #49980 and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS #56169). Terri also frequently has supervision from a Level 4 ACA Supervisor and offers rebates for Medibank Private Health Insurance. With a holistic and empathetic approach, she creates a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop the tools needed for positive change.
